Project Details:
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) had invited proposals by its Request for Proposal for qualification and shortlisting of bidders for the Four Laning of Basukinath to Deoghar Section of NH-114A from design Km. 85.081 to design km 130.240 (Design Length-45.159 km) in the State of Jharkhand on Hybrid Annuity Mode (“Project”). After evaluation of the bids received, the Authority had technically qualified certain bidders, including, inter alia, Gawar Construction Limited (“GCL”) as a Selected Bidder. The GCL, also a Sponsor, then incorporated a special purpose vehicle named Gawar Basukinath Highways Private Limited (GBNHPL/Concessionaire), on 10th April 2023 to execute the Project, and the Concession Agreement was executed between National Highways Authority of India and Gawar Basukinath Highways Private Limited on 11th May 2023 for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the said Project.

Mr. Vineet Goel, Mr. Puneet Kalra, and Mrs. Seema Devi are the directors of the Company.
Profile of the Directors –
Mr. Vineet Goel : He is the Managing Director of the Company. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2010. He has experience of over 14 years in Banking & financial sector. Prior to joining Gawar Group he worked with Corporation Bank for ~8 years and managed various corporate and retail products.
Mr. Puneet Kalra : He is a Commerce Graduate from University of Rajasthan. He has been associated with Gawar group since year 2005 and has been instrumental in the growth of the group. He has a rich experience in the Construction sector, for over two decades. He overlooks bidding, tendering and overall administration in the Company.
Mrs. Seema Devi : She is a Company Secretary and fellow Member of ICSI. She has done Master’s in Commerce and also a Law Graduate. She has joined our Company in 2010 as a Company Secretary. Decisive, focused and meticulous person having more than 14 years distinguished experience in implementation and execution of various corporate compliances and legal matters. Monitoring and Leading the POSH Committee of the Company as Chairperson and ensuring the related compliances.In addition, she has done a Certificate Course of Social Auditor from ICSI.
