Project Details:
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) had invited proposals by its Request for Proposal(RFP) for qualification and short listing of bidders for “Construction of 4-Laning with Paved Shoulder of Bijni to Mandi Section from existing Km 202.815 to Km 208.000 of NH-20 (New NH-154) (Design Length 5.357 Km) including construction of Twin Tube Tunnel for a length of 3.500 Km of Pathankot-Mandi under NH(O) in Himachal Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode basis (Package-VB)” (the “Project”). After evaluation of the bids received, the Authority had technically qualified certain bidders including, interalia, the Gawar Construction Limited (GCL) as a Selected Bidder. The Gawar Construction Limited, also a Sponsor, then incorporated a special purpose vehicle named as Gawar Mandi Highways Private Limited (GMHPL) on 17th November 2023 to execute the Project and a Concession Agreement was executed between NHAI and GMHPL on 29th November, 2023 for construction, operation and maintenance of the said Project.

Mr. Sahil Kathuria, Mr. Vineet Goel and Mrs. Himani are the Directors of the Company.
Profile of the Directors –
Mr. Sahil Kathuria- He joined Gawar group in 2011. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Kurukshetra University and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) with Dual Specialization in Finance and Marketing from Lingaya’s Institute of Management and Technology Faridabad (MDU, Rohtak) in year 2008. He is responsible for financial planning and business process streamlining.
Mr. Vineet Goel – He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2010. He has over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. He has been associated with our Company since its Incorporation as Director of the Company. He is a process-oriented person and is proactive in his approach. He efficiently manages the finance, accounts, treasury, credit facilities and taxation affairs of the Company.
Mrs. Himani – With excellent academic background, she cleared her Master in Commerce in year 2020 and Professional degree of Company Secretaryship in year 2022. She has experience of 4 years of handling secretarial compliances and overlooks the regulatory compliances, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance in the company.
