Project Details:
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) had invited proposals by its Request for Proposal for qualification and shortlisting of bidders for the “Rehabilitation and Upgrading of Existing Road from Kalar Bala Village to Nauni Chowk of NH 205 for 4 Lane with Paved Shoulder (Design Chainage – Km 41+000 to Km 58+450, Design Length – 17.450 Km) Package-IIC in the State of Himachal Pradesh under NH (O) on Hybrid Annuity Mode” (“Project”). After evaluation of the bids received, the Authority had technically qualified certain bidders, including, inter alia, Gawar Construction Limited (“GCL”) as a Selected Bidder. The GCL, also a Sponsor, then incorporated a special purpose vehicle named Gawar KBNC Highway Private Limited (GKBNC) on 2nd April 2024 to execute the Project, and the Concession Agreement was executed between the National Highways Authority of India and Gawar KBNC Highway Private Limited on 16th May 2024 for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the said Project.

Profile of the Directors –
Mr. Vineet Goel – He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2010. He has over 14 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. He has been associated with our Company since its Incorporation as Director of the Company. He is a process-oriented person and is proactive in his approach. He efficiently manages the finance, accounts, treasury, credit facilities and taxation affairs of the Company.
Mr. Sahil Kathuria – He joined Gawar group in 2011. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Kurukshetra University and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) with Dual Specialization in Finance and Marketing from Lingaya’s Institute of Management and Technology Faridabad (MDU, Rohtak) in year 2008. At Gawar KBNC Highway Private Limited, he is responsible for financial planning and business process streamlining.
Mrs. Himani – She has with excellent academic background, cleared her Master’s in Commerce in 2020, and a Professional degree of Company Secretaryship in 2022. She has experience of 4 years of handling secretarial compliances and oversees the regulatory compliances, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Corporate Governance.
